Deliveries
We process and dispatch orders within 1–4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that delays caused by courier services or customs procedures are beyond our control.
Beauline is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

· A brief description of the issue
· Clear photos of the product and packaging
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Unopened Products
If a product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, a return may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
